The conversations I have had in the last couple of days definitely shows me there are a vast variety of opinions on individual values and beliefs.
I myself have discovered how passionate I am about equality and diversity, I am extremely open minded and unjudgemental. I am very compassionate and sensitive to all kinds of scenarios.
My beliefs and values are hugely formed around my children and what I believe is right from the point of view as a mother, adult and teacher. I have qualities I believe are extremely vital as a developing teacher. Integrity, honesty, love and open minded-ness is important to me. I am very empathetic and compassionate and this reflects how I am as a person. I pride myself on exceptional manners and trying to accommodate everyone's needs.
